About WIPJam Sessions

Infused with the spirit of the early days of Jazz, the Jam Session is a day to inspire new ideas and innovate solutions to existing challenges. The purpose is focused, but the agenda is improvised along the way. It all starts as we open up the mobile ecosystem and connect experienced and talented developers, with industry experts and decision makers.

The Task At Hand

WIP organizes a few Jam Sessions every year and each one has its creative needs. With each passing Session, there is work for various pieces. It usually starts with a full-size poster, then some bookmarks, and slowly trickles down to the web for things like eblasts, animated banners, buttons, etc. This is one of the few times I get to design for print, something I really enjoy.

The Carnival of Nations was a party that was to occur before a big WIPJam event in Barcelona. For this, the client first needed an invite and afterward a full side banner to be displayed at the event.
